Sunday, August 30th

  • Welcome to the worship of our triune God. We are glad you have joined us today.

  • Nursery is located downstairs in Room R, through the double doors and to your left.

  • The Lord calls members of His church to give generously towards the building of His Kingdom as our vows reflect. Trinity offers two ways to give: the offering box at the back of the church or through e-transfer (send to trinityarpofferings@gmail.com).

  • Donations for the Homeless. There is a box at the back to drop off needed supplies for the homeless. Men’s clothing is especially needed.

  • From the deacons:

    • Expense Reimbursement Update: Any church expense reimbursement needs to have an expense voucher sheet filled in with attached receipts and have the claimant and committee head sign off on the expense. For more info or claim sheets talk to Jeff Grainger or John Timmermans.

    • With 2027 Budget planning around the corner, the Diaconate asks for all committees to inform the Diaconate of any desired increase in spending by August 31, 2026.

  • Just a reminder that Theology, Biography, Devotional, and Christian Living books are needed for the new church library. For more details see Flocknote email or contact Michelle Drouillard.

This Week

  • Jonathan is on vacation until September 7th. If you have any pastoral cares or concerns contact any elder.

  • Friday Night Fire 6pm at the Moermans’.

  • The session announces that Jackson Blake Palmer and Abigail Barbara Beintema have indicated their intention to enter into the married state according to the ordinance of God. They desire to begin this holy state in the name of the Lord and to complete it to his glory. If no lawful objection is brought forward, the ceremony will take place, the Lord willing, on September 5, 2026 at 1pm at Eben-Ezer Canadian Reformed Church, officiated by Pastor Arjen Vreugdenhil.

Upcoming Events

  • Rev. Murray will be preaching September 6th.

  • Just a reminder, the Riverview Hymnsing will be Sept. 13 due to the Labour Day holiday. All are welcome to come out and sing.

  • Attention all men, 16 and over! Trinity ARP in Chatham is hosting our first annual men’s conference! Date - November 14th. Speaker - Greg Bylsma. The topic is “Holiness and the Household: How God grows us, and how God can grow others through us.”
