******The registration form for 2024/2025 is now closed and our Cottage School Classes are full. ********

If you wish to register for Welcome Wednesday, please email cowancoralie@gmail.com or feel free to drop in on a Wednesday morning at 9:30 to check out the program.

Trinity's cottage school program is a literature and Christian worldview academic supplement program for homeschooling families.

We offer classes for age 3 - grade 12 on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am - 11:15 am. Classes run 32 weeks each school year. We are excited to be able to meet in our own facility (530 Victoria Ave) for the first time!

Our curriculum is on a 4 year class rotation which can be seen in the link below. 2024/25 is YEAR D.

Welcome Wednesday (ages 3 - 7)

Tuition is $50 for the 32 weeks, or $2 per drop-in

Junior Cottage School (ages 8-11)

Tuition is $100 for the year, or $60 for a semester.

Intermediate Cottage School (ages 12-13 and/or grades 7&8)

Tuition is $150/student.

Senior Cottage School (grades 9-12)

Tuition is $150/student.

Parents, please note that the 2 oldest classes engage with secular "Great Books" throughout history drawn from book suggestions in sources like The Well Trained Mind, Ambleside, and Veritas Press. These works deal with mature subjects and elements not always consistent with Christian teaching. We do not celebrate these elements of the works. Rather our aim is to guide students in interacting with these works through a Christian worldview.

Here is a helpful article from Veritas Press on this subject though we wouldn't fully endorse everything in it.

We would encourage students graduating Grade 12 to consider Gillespie Academy.

We take any interested Grade 11 and 12 students to a Gillespie Academy campus visit every January. Our next campus visit will be on January 14, 2025. Email Mrs. Cowan for more details if you are interested in attending.
