Intermediate Cottage School
Intermediate Cottage School (ages 12-13 and/or grades 7-8) Middle grade students are assisted in their shift from the grammar to logic stage of learning in a 2 year learning cycle. They learn literature study, and the essentials of writing, while reading primary source historical works from different periods in history.
In 2024/25 the Intermediate class will be looking at literature from the ancient world in the first semester and literature from the medieval period in the second semester.
Mrs. Katherine Charbonneau is the Intermediate class teacher. Tuition is $150/student.
Parents, please note that the these works deal with mature subjects and elements not always consistent with Christian teaching. We do not celebrate these elements of the works. Rather our aim is to guide students in interacting with these works through a Christian worldview.
